Alisa Cianciolo: Owner/Hairstylist

I  relocated to Franklin, Tennessee in 2011, bringing with me 30 years of professional salon experience, including 19 years as the owner of Alisa’s Hair Studio in Clarence, New York.

After working in Cool Springs for 10 years and 5 years in downtown Franklin, I am now welcoming guests at my new location at:

I have a true passion for hair design, specializing in cutting and color that enhance each guest’s individual style and natural beauty.

I continue to stay current with the latest techniques and trends through advanced professional training, including Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Aveda, Goldwell and Keune.

Most importantly, I take the time to listen to each guest’s needs and provide a thorough consultation. I believe that understanding what each person wants is one of the keys to creating great results and lasting relationships.

Beyond the Salon

I’ve always enjoyed a little adventure. I love traveling, exploring new places and saying yes to experiences that take me slightly outside my comfort zone.

I think that sense of curiosity has stayed with me throughout my career as well. Even after more than 40 years in the salon, I still love learning, trying new ideas and getting to know the people I work with. For me, great hair has always been about more than the finished style. It’s about connection, confidence and helping people feel good about themselves.
